The Party Secretary of the School of Information & Business at Zhongyuan University of Technology, Guo Zhengrang, and the Vice President of the School, Zhang Chao, visited Sias University, on July 8, along with 5 other members in their delegation. The delegation was met by Sias Party Secretary, Ma Jiansheng, Deputy Party Secretary, Li Huafeng, Vice President, Xu Shengdao, as well as leaders of departments such as the Party Committee Office, Academic Affairs Office, and the Logistics & Infrastructure Department. The delegation was taken on a campus tour including Sias' Cultural Towns, the Student Activity Center, CUBA Training Facility, Golf Driving Range, Chinese Garden, and Library.

After the campus tour, Sias held a meeting with the delegation in the administration building. Ma Jiansheng presided over the meeting. He welcomed the delegation from the School of Information & Business at the Zhongyuan University of Technology on behalf of Sias and spoke about the development of the university, the education in the residential colleges, and the work of the Communist Party at Sias. He said that he hoped that the two universities would engage in exchanges and strengthen cooperation.

Guo Zhengrang spoke about the School of Information & Business at the Zhongyuan University of Technology. He said that he hoped that his school and university would learn from Sias' experience with regard to its functioning, education, teaching, reform, logistics and infrastructure, and residential college system. He said that this would help their reform and development.

Subsequently, the two sides continued their in-depth discussions and exchanges on a variety of related business topics.
