Sias University held an enrollment promotion meeting in the administration building on June 15. Vice President, Xu Shengdao, the heads of the Admissions Office, and the admissions offices of all the academic schools and residential colleges attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the heads of the Kansas International Institute (KII), School of Art & Design, School of Physical Education, School of Law, Zhixing Residential College, and Zhishan Residential College, presented reports on their respective progress with regard to enrollment work. The Director of the Admissions Office, Zhu Hongqiang, reported on the recent enrollment situation outside the province of Henan and spoke of the necessity of identifying cities outside Henan for enrollment work as soon as possible. He also urged all departments to update and modify their enrollment work plans in response to the challenges brought about by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Xu Shengdao affirmed the preparatory work that each department had carried out. He said that enrollment was one the most important tasks for all the departments at Sias, particularly training, publicity, and progress reports. He also said that the quality of students was an important part of the development of the university. He instructed the leaders present to use various online platforms to introduce and promote Sias, and ensure the steady improvement in the quality of recruited students.
