The Deputy Director of the Henan Department of Ecology and Environment, Wang Xiyun, visited Sias University on April 21. The seven-member delegation included a member of the Party Committee of the Xinzheng Municipal Government, Miao Ruiguang, and the Director of the Xinzheng Branch of the Zhengzhou Department of Ecology and Environment, Tao Yongwei.

The Founder and Chairman of the Board of Sias University, Dr. Shawn Chen, Executive President, Wang Jialin, the heads of the Administration Office, Logistics & Infrastructure Department, and other relevant departments, accompanied Wang Xiyun on his tour of the Sias campus. The campus tour included Sias' French Street, Italian Square, German Street, Spanish Square, London Street, cafeterias, Huanyu Residential College, Sias Library, and Chinese Garden. They also reviewed the teaching facilities and student dormitories.

The leaders of Sias introduced the visiting delegation to the development process, educational philosophy, and academics of the university in detail. They said that Sias continued to implement the education policy of the Communist Party of China, and adhered to the directives of the Socialist methods for running educational institutions. Sias would continue to combine Chinese and western education, implement an international education for all its students, and would remain committed to nurturing practical talents with an international vision.
