Member of the Party Committee and Deputy Investigator of the Zhengzhou Municipal Bureau of Education, Wang Jutao, visited Sias University on March 3. He was accompanied by the Deputy Director of the Xinzheng Municipal People's Congress, Wang Jincan, and the Director of the Xinzheng Municipal Bureau of Education & Sports, Liu Xuemin. Sias Party Secretary, Ma Jiansheng, Executive President, Wang Jialin, and Vice President, Wu Hua, met with the visiting local government leaders.

During the visit, Wang Jutao inspected the operations of Sias' epidemic prevention and control office, the facilities in the isolation areas, the preparations for epidemic prevention materials management. He also listened to the Sias leaders' briefing on how the university's epidemic prevention and control system was set up, how students and teachers were managed, the material support, the management of Sias' foreign faculty and international students, and online classes. They also discussed the problems and difficulties faced with regard to all the epidemic prevention and control work.

Wang Jutao asked that Sias University conscientiously implement the government's directives for the Covid-19 epidemic prevention and control, ensure the safety of teachers and students, and maintain the stability of the campus. Although the work carried out so far was good, the health and safety of teachers and students before the start of the semester with the return of students was important, and contingency plans should be put in plans to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 epidemic. He said that the situation was still very serious and that the prevention and control of its spread was to be a top priority as well as the most important political task. According to the directives from higher authorities, the university should implement epidemic prevention policies in accordance with the Central and Provincial governments as an urgent priority.
