The Head of the Covid-19 Epidemic Control Team for Xinzheng, Geng Yang, and the Deputy Group Leader, Zhang Hongwei, visited Sias University on March 6, along with 7 other members of their delegation. The visit was organized to supervise and inspect the epidemic prevention and control work at Sias. Executive Vice President, Wang Jialin, and Vice President, Wu Hua, accompanied the delegation's inspection, along with leaders and members of relevant working groups at Sias.

Wang Jialin presided over the supervision and inspection meeting. Geng Yang introduced the work content and specific requirements of the supervision. Wu Hua delivered a report on the epidemic prevention and control work at Sias. He said that the directives from the epidemic prevention and control meeting at Xinzheng held by the Ministry of Education on March 5, were relayed to the leading groups at Sias on the same day in a special working conference. He said that the directives from the Emergency Notice of Leading Groups for the Prevention and Control of the Coronavirus by the Ministry of Education on February 12 with regard to the prohibition of the return of teachers and students was to be re-deployed, re-emphasized, and re-implemented at Sias.

At the end of the meeting, the supervision group reviewed the detailed data covering the epidemic prevention and control work, the management system of teachers and students, and carried out a field inspection of the isolation rooms, control management center, and epidemic prevention material reserves.
