Sias University held its annual Autumn Job Fair at its CUBA Training Facility on November 9. The opening ceremony was attended by the Director of the Student Affairs Department at the Henan Department of Education, Li Peijun, the Deputy Director of the Student Affairs Department at the Henan Department of Education, Li Yuwei, and the Director of Zhengzhou Talent Exchange Center, Zhang Huaicang. Sias leaders were also present, including the Founder, and Chairman of the Board, Dr. Shawn Chen, Party Secretary, Ma Jiansheng, Deputy Party Secretary, Li Huafeng, and Vice President Xu Shengdao.

Dr. Chen thanked the Henan (Provincial) Department of Education and the Zhengzhou Talent Exchange Center for their support towards providing employment opportunities and internships for graduates and students at Sias. He said that Sias attached great importance to employment work and the nurturing of students' awareness with regard to innovation and entrepreneurship.

Li Peijun spoke of the current employment situation for university graduates and its importance for their livelihood. He said that the Job Fair was not only a practical action to implement directives from the Provincial Education Conference, but also an important measure to promote the employment of university graduates. He said that he hoped that employers would focus on the practical needs and long-term development of talent, and encouraged students to be aware of the current job market, have realistic expectations, and grasp the opportunities that came their way.

Zhang Huaicang said that Sias' educational system had integrated advanced concepts into its development to produce highly qualified, capable, honest, and trustworthy graduates that were highly praised by their employers. He said that he hoped that companies and employers would provide more high-quality jobs and channels for students to develop and grow.

The Employer's Representative and Recruitment Manager at Zhengzhou Guangming Dairy Co., Feng Xin, spoke about the company and encouraged graduates to choose jobs at the Job Fair. He said that Zhengzhou Guangming Dairy would provide employee benefits and opportunities for graduates while strictly implementing government laws and regulations to regulate employment and safeguard the rights and interests of the students and graduates.

Graduate Representative, An Haodi, spoke about his experience of learning and growth at Sias University. He said that Sias' unique educational concepts had helped students enrich their theoretical knowledge, broaden their horizons, learn how to analyze and think for themselves, innovate, and work together. He said that he hoped that graduates would use the Job Fair as a launchpad for their dreams and continue working hard in the future.

Sias leaders inspected the 2019 Autumn Job Fair at the CUBA Training Facility, observed the employment and recruitment process, spoke to students, and listened to their queries about their goals for their employment. They also spoke with company representatives and recruiters to understand the current employment trends and service requirements.
