Sias University held a Teachers' Symposium on October 30 to deal with pressing issues with regard to teachers, the development of the university, and build a two-way platform for exchanges between the university leadership and the teachers. Vice President, Wu Hua, along with the heads of the Academic Affairs Office, the Supervision & Audit Department, Human Resources Department, the Office of Finance & Assets, various academic schools, and faculty representatives were present. The Director of the Human Resources Department, Sun Minghao, presided over the meeting.

At the symposium, teachers' representatives spoke freely about the issues they faced in their work. Discussions centered around the need for continual improvement and the development of teachers' education, teaching skills, scientific research, and their achievements. The professional growth of teachers was also addressed.

Wu Hua thanked the teachers for their advice and feedback and encouraged everyone involved with Sias to work together towards the development of Sias.
