An on-the-spot consultation for the Henan General High School Enrollment was organized by the Henan Department of Education at the Huanghe Science & Technology University, Xinlian College of Henan Normal University, and the Zhengzhou Business & Technology University, on June 25 and 26. Sias University set up consultation services to give potential students and their parents an introduction to the university. A number of volunteers from Sias were present to engage in one-on-one discussions with students and their parents. Sias leaders were also present, including the Party Secretary, Ma Jiansheng, Sias President, Chen Sikun, Executive President, Wang Jialin, Deputy Party Secretary, Li Huafeng, and Prof. Guo Junfeng.

The Sias leaders met with the volunteer staff and inspected the materials and consultation services that were all part of Sias' recruitment process. They said that enrollment consultation was one of the most important tasks at this time of the year and said that they hoped that teachers and students would be well-versed with the enrollment policies and work processes to represent the university well and provide interested students and their parents with a thorough consultation and guidance for the upcoming 2019/20 academic year at Sias.

In addition to the usual consultation services provided through the years, Sias University introduced robots with artificial intelligence to provide convenient consultation services for potential students and their parents. The integration of advanced technology into the recruitment process provides a new accuracy in responses to queries for information. The introduction of robots drew the attention of a number of students as well as members of the media, such as the People's Daily, Xinhua News, Guangming Daily, China News Agency, Henan TV, Henan Daily, Zhengzhou Daily, Fenghuang Daily, Sohu, NetEase, and Baidu News.

From the 25th to the 30th of June, Sias University's Admissions Office organized volunteer teams to visit and engage with students from schools from across the province of Henan, including cities such as Anyang, Xinxiang, Hebi, Pingdingshan, Jiyuan, Shangqiu, Luoyang, Nanyang, Xuchang, Puyang, Xinyang, Zhumadian, Luohe, Zhoukou, Kaifeng, and Sanmenxia.

Sias' Admissions Office also provides special services for potential students and their families to visit the Sias campus, with guided tours to get a glimpse of the educational and campus life of the university.

During the enrollment consultation period, potential students can get information about Sias University from the official Sias WeChat account, and the official WeChat account of Sias University's Enrollment Office. They can also log on to the website of the Sias Enrollment Office for online enrollment consultation. Sias University also has an enrollment consultation hall on the first floor of its administration building where interested students and parents can have face-to-face exchanges and consultations.
