A delegation from the Russian State University of Physical Education, Sport, Youth, and Tourism (SCOLIPE) visited Sias University on March 25. The delegation included the Vice-Rector, Dmitry Golikov, the Head of the International Relations Department, Evgeny Morozov, and Doctoral students, Prof. Yang Zhi and Huang Yun.

The Dean of Sias' School of Physical Education, He Zuxin, the Branch Party Secretary, Lang Yadong, the Director of the Office, Zhang Shaoxing, and the Director of the Education Department at the School of Physical Education, Ma Ruihua, along with leaders from the Office of International Affairs, received the visiting delegation. They also accompanied them on a campus tour that included the CUBA Training Facility, Golf Driving Range, Chinese Garden, and Library.

He Zuxin introduced the delegation to Sias' educational philosophy, training facilities, as well as the development and growth of the School of Physical Education. The leaders of the delegation spoke of their appreciation for Sias' education, campus culture, and facilities.

The delegation then had a meeting with Sias President, Chen Sikun, in the administration building. He welcomed the delegation and invited them to attend Sias' 20th Anniversary celebrations in May. At the meeting, the two sides exchanged information with regard to student training, education, and teaching. The meeting ended with the signing of a cooperation agreement with a view to exchanges, increased visits, and cooperation.
