The Vice President of Nanyang Vocational College, Du Liangao, visited Sias University on April 2. The delegation from Nanyang Vocational College included the college's Director of Finance, Feng Peng, the Director of the Logistics Department, Ge Pengfei, and 8 other members. The visit was primarily set up for discussions and the exchange of experience in logistics management.

Sias President, Chen Sikun, accompanied Du Liangao along with other leaders at Sias on a campus tour that included the CUBA Training Facility, Golf Driving Range, Student Activity Center, London Street Restaurants, residential colleges, and Library.

After the campus tour, the delegation met with Sias leaders in the administration building. Sias Vice President, Wu Hua, along with Chen Sikun, and the heads of the Administration Office, Student Affairs Office, and Logistics Department were present. The meeting was chaired by the Deputy Director of the Administration Office, Ding Gongci.

After the delegation was shown the Official Sias Promotional Video, Chen Sikun welcomed Du Liangao and the members of his delegation. He spoke in detail of Sias' development, educational philosophy, teaching management, residential college system, cafeteria system, and student dormitories. He said that over the past 20 years, Sias had consistently implemented the educational policies of the Communist Party of China, while combining Chinese and Western educational philosophies to nurture and produce internationalized graduates for the region. He said that Sias would use its 20th anniversary celebrations as an opportunity to showcase its unique characteristics, development, and quality of education. He added that he hoped that Sias and Nanyang Vocational College would deepen their ties and increase exchanges in the interest of mutual development. In closing, he invited Du Liangao to attend Sias' 20th anniversary celebrations in May, later this year.

Du Liangao then introduced the history and development of Nanyang Vocational College. He spoke of his appreciation of Sias' East-meets-West educational philosophy, international characteristics, teaching methods, cafeterias, and dormitories.

The two sides discussed ideas in logistics management, operations and team building mechanics, distribution systems, labor employment methods, cafeteria standardization, dormitory construction, property management and services, commercial outlet management, campus clinics, and the prevention of infectious diseases.
