The Party Secretary of the Chengdu College of the University of Electronic Science & Technology of China, Yin Tong, visited Sias International University on July 30. She was accompanied by the Deputy Director of Human Resources, Yang Yaorong.

Sias President, Chen Sikun, held a meeting with Yin Tong, along with leaders from Sias' Administration Office, the Human Resources Department, and the Supervision & Audit Department.

Sias President Chen Sikun welcomed Yin Tong and introduced the history of the development of Sias. He spoke of Sias' East-meets-West philosophy and the integration of knowledge and practice at the university over the past 20 years. He spoke of the academic qualifications of the teachers, the internationalization, the unique Sias traditions, and the implementation of the collegiate system.

Yin Tong thanked Sias for the reception and also spoke in detail about the Chengdu College of the University of Electronic Science & Technology. The two sides spoke about the possibility of exchanges, training, policies, and human resources reform.

After the meeting, Chen Sikun presented Yin Tong a gift on behalf of Sias. She expressed her thanks and said that she hoped that the two universities would continue to communicate about the implementation of exchanges and enhanced cooperation.
