On June 7, a delegation from Zhoukou Vocational & Technical College that included the Party Secretary, Liu Shixin, visited Sias International University. The delegation also included the Vice President, Li Shuquan, and leaders from the Institute of Scientific Research, Foreign Affairs Office, Student Affairs Department, College of Mechanical & Electrical Engineering. Sias Party Secretary, Ma Jiansheng, Sias President, Chen Sikun, and Assistant Principal, Guo Xuede, accompanied the delegation through the exchanges and discussions.

The delegation was taken on a campus tour of Sias that included the teaching facilities and dormitories. They visited examples of student entrepreneurship on Sias' European Street before they visited the CUBA Training Facility, Golf Driving Range, Chinese Garden, and Sias Library. The delegation was also given an introduction to Sias' East-meets-West educational philosophy and unique campus culture and architecture.

The delegation from Zhoukou Vocational & Technical College and members of the Sias leadership then held a meeting on the 10th floor of the Library. The meeting was chaired by Assistant Principal Guo Xuede. Sias Party Secretary, Ma Jiansheng, spoke about Sias' history and development, as well as the goals and ideas behind Sias' foundation and growth. The various heads of departments of Sias that were present at the meeting also briefly introduced their departments to the visiting delegation.

Party Secretary Liu Shixin thanked the Sias leadership for the reception and introduction to the university. He expressed his gratitude for the results of exchanges between the two universities in the fields of foreign cooperation, student management, and continuing education. He said that he hoped that through these exchanges and academic cooperation the relationship between the two institutions would continue to develop and be mutually beneficial.
