Sias International University organized a comprehensive review of 3 intended construction projects with the help of experts from the provincial level in the fields of business administration, international economics and trade, and engineering. According to provincial requirements, Sias invited these provincial experts in addition to the university's own experts and heads of departments from the School of Business and the School of Electronics and Information Engineering. Also present were the director of the constructions projects, and academic and professional construction team members. Sias President, Dr. Chen Sikun, presided over the series of meetings.

The first meeting was held for the acceptance and approval of all procedures and requirements of the overall arrangements for the 3 construction projects. This included a detailed itemization of all the steps of the construction, during which the provincial experts checked all the details. After the discussions and review, full approval was given by all the experts present, who commended the level of planning and logistical preparedness of the projects.
