On the 18th of September, all the personnel of the Maintenance Service Center of the Infrastructure Department had a staff management system training to improve their professionalism and service.
The Deputy Director of the Infrastructure Department, Guo Zhiyong, began the training by explaining the work of the Maintenance Service Center from various perspectives such as the employees’ code of conduct, maintenance service etiquette, work attitude, responsibility, and the collective integrity of the department.
The Director of the Maintenance Service Center, Gao Ge, trained the employees on the attendance system and the material management system and gave examples from recurrent problems. The person in charge of outdoor maintenance, Xu Weibiao, conducted training on the comprehensive evaluation rules and daily maintenance standards for everyone and the standardized behavior of maintenance personnel. The Director of the Second Maintenance Department, Fan Fubao, explained the employees' daily code of conduct and requirements and addressed all 'uncivilized' and inappropriate behavior. The Head of the Maintenance Department, Gao Jianqiang, spoke about the night shift system training and patrol times, patrol routes, and patrol responsibilities of the night shift personnel.
During the training, the trainees gave their opinions of work discipline, standardized work standards, and infrastructure work in the 2021/22 autumn semester.
