Sias Leaders check preparations for Autumn Semester

Sias University's leadership carried out a comprehensive inspection of the preparations for the opening of the university for the 2021/22 autumn semester. The inspections, held on the 6th and 7th of October, were led by the Founder, and Chairman of the Board, Dr. Shawn Chen, Sias Party Secretary, Ma Jiansheng, Acting President, Zhao Yuxin, Deputy Party Secretary, and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, Li Huafeng, Vice President, Xu Shengdao, and Vice President, Zheng Min. Leaders of the Administration Office, Communist Party Committee, Supervision & Audit Office, Academic Affairs Office, Discipline Inspection Commission, Construction Department, Security Office, Logistics Department, and Sias Clinic (Outpatient Department) were also involved in the inspection.

The leaders of the university inspected important areas such as the East Gate, North Gate, teaching buildings, cafeterias, and student dormitories. They oversaw arrangements for students' entry, accommodation, and meals, upon their return to the university. They also inspected the infrastructure of teaching and residential areas, particularly concerning Covid-19 prevention and control measures. The leaders put forward suggestions for the improvement of certain areas and gave the relevant departments instructions for the immediate rectification of issues.

The leaders said that all departments should share responsibilities and ensure that preparations were in place before students returned. They emphasized the rectification of problems, the careful implementation of Covid-19 prevention and control measures, and the creation of a positive campus environment that would welcome the students upon their return.
