First on-campus McDonald's in Henan opens at Sias

The Sias University McDonald’s restaurant opened on the 18th of October. It is the first on-campus McDonald’s restaurant among all colleges and universities in the province of Henan. The Founder, and Chairman of the Board of Sias, Dr. Shawn Chen, attended the opening ceremony.


Dr. Chen met with restaurant service personnel and inquired about the health and safety guarantees, the operation room processes, raw material storage, preservation, cleanliness of products, and disinfection. He stressed the importance of food safety and catering management.


Finally, Dr. Chen and the head of McDonald's operations in the province of Henan jointly cut the ribbon for opening the Sias University McDonald's restaurant.
