The 2021 Review and Recommendation Meeting of Non-Higher Education Professional and Technical Posts was held in the Administration Building on October 28. Sias Party Secretary, Ma Jiansheng, Acting President, Zhao Yuxin, Deputy Party Secretary, Li Huafeng, and Vice President, Xu Shengdao, attended the meeting. The judges of the Professional and Technical Position Assessment and Recommendation Group were also present.

At the meeting, the Deputy Director of the Teacher Development Center, Shan Guoli, read and explained three notices:

- the "Notice of the Henan Department of Human Resources and Social Security on Issues Related to the Evaluation of Professional Titles in the Province in 2021";

- the "Notice of the Henan Department of Human Resources and Social Security on the Strengthening of Independent Evaluation and Supervision Services of Professional Titles in Colleges and Universities";

- the "Notice on Issues Related to the Evaluation of Middle and Senior Professional Titles in Zhengzhou in 2021".

The judges then reviewed the 10 applications and listened to reports from grassroots leading groups on the conditions for the application qualification and evaluation. They inquired about specific situations in detail and decided on recommended candidates by a secret ballot.

In closing, Zhao Yuxin spoke about the standardization of evaluation processes of non-higher education professional titles, fairness, impartiality, and openness. He said that teachers who met the application conditions would be recommended in accordance with the application conditions.
