Sias University's 21st Mental Health Education Promotion Month, organized by the Mental Health Education & Counseling Center, held a variety of activities in Sias' Moscow Red Square on November 8. During the month, large-scale psychological evaluation and mental health education activities are held on campus.
The psychological evaluation area had various tests including the temperament test, Holland Code test, and talent test. They were set up to help students understand their personality characteristics and talents, understand themselves accurately, learn to accept themselves, and let students understand their psychological state and anxiety levels through questionnaires. The psychological decompression zone was set up to allow students to talk about pressures like the Postgraduate Entrance Examination, with the goal of alleviating the psychological pressure that students face.
The 21st Mental Health Education Promotion Month began on October 25th. It aims to improve the students' mental health knowledge, increase their mental health awareness, and raise the quality of students' mental health.
