Sias University unveiled the Talent Training & Evaluation Base of the Henan Talent Exchange Association on November 25. A delegation from the Henan Talent Exchange Association attended the ceremony, including the Secretary, Wang Xinsheng; Secretary-General, Yang Hongwei; Under-Secretary-General, Lei Qiang; and Finance Minister, Yang Chunli. Sias Vice President, Zheng Min, was also present. The General Manager of the Logistics Group, Liu Qingwu, presided over the ceremony.

Zheng Min delivered a speech and pointed out that with a focus on development and providing talent for the nation, Sias University had prioritized talent training, high-quality education, and training resources. She said that the unveiling of the "Talent Training & Evaluation Base" will improve the university's ability to undertake large-scale training activities, expand the influence of talent training, and help realize the strategic goals of the university concerning education and the training of talent.

Wang Xinsheng spoke highly of Sias' teaching infrastructure and said that the university had the conditions for first-class talent training, high-quality education, and training resources, and had a cooperative and enterprising spirit. He said that the Henan Talent Exchange Association was looking forward to working with Sias to build a standard demonstration base for talent training and evaluation for the province of Henan.

Zheng Min and Wang Xinsheng then jointly unveiled the Sias University Talent Training & Evaluation Base, and Liu Qingwu and Yang Hongwei signed the agreement as representatives of the two parties.
