Sias University hosted the 2021 Female University Students' Public Welfare Organization Entrepreneurship Project Roadshow - "Public Welfare Entrepreneurship for Love" - on December 11 at its Administration Building. The event was sponsored by the Henan Women and Children's Training and Activity Center and the Henan Women's Social Organization Service Guidance Center. It was organized by Sias University and the Xinzhi Women's Society.

The chief guests included the Director of the Henan Women's Social Organization Service Guidance Center, Lu Yanrong; the President of the Xinzhi Women's Society, and Director of Elephant Financial Media's Publicity & Information Department, Dong Xiaohan; Tutor of Mass Entrepreneurship in Zhengzhou, and Vice President and Secretary-General of Xinzhi Women's Society, Zhang Yafen; Professor at the Henan Institute of Engineering, and Mentor of Mass Entrepreneurship in Henan, Wang Hong; Head of Outreach Work at the Henan Women's Social Organization Service Guidance Center, Zhang Huijie; and Sias Vice President, Zheng Min.

In her speech, Zheng Min stressed that the Employment and Entrepreneurship Department at Sias should integrate their resources and support female university students with their employment and entrepreneurship, and encourage and guide them with participating in competitions.

Lu Yanrong said that colleges and universities should improve their support and service for the employment and entrepreneurship of female students and combine it with entrepreneurship projects for welfare organizations.

The heads of nine public welfare projects conducted project roadshows from various perspectives including project overviews, market analysis, competition analysis, venture capital, and company strategy. The judges rated the projects based on public welfare, effectiveness, innovation, sustainability, and education.
