Sias University held an Archives Work Meeting on December 16. The meeting brought together 55 full-time and part-time archivists across all the departments of the university. The Director of the Sias University Archives Office, Ding Linlin, presided over the meeting.

The Deputy Director of the Administration Office, Liang Dong, endorsed the achievements of the university's archivists in the past year. He said that their work was an integral part of the university's development and provided a foundation and support for the university's goals in 2023.

Ding Linlin reviewed and summarized the development of the university archives work in 2021 and put forward new standards for the archives work in 2022 concerning archives management, archives information construction, scientific research, and archives publicity. She said that the promotion of an intelligent archives management platform was necessary to achieve digitization, electronic archives management, and archives provision and utilization.

The archivists then watched the video conference of the "Academic Seminar on the 40th Anniversary of the Founding of the China Archives Society in 2021", and studied the development of archival theory, as well as the reform and innovation of archival work at Sias.
