From November 16 to December 21, Sias University's Employment & Entrepreneurship Department held a series of research seminars on employment and entrepreneurship across all the academic schools and residential colleges at Sias.
The Director of the Employment & Entrepreneurship Department, Wang Tan, gained a detailed understanding of the professional level of graduates and the development of employment and entrepreneurship work at each location. With the graduate employment statistics, university-industry cooperation, and employment assistance for graduates, the Employment & Entrepreneurship Department aims to address the problems that graduates face concerning job hunting.
During the exchanges and discussions, each research unit reported on graduates, their employment status, work measures, experience, and practices. Wang Tan combined the research findings with the latest national employment and entrepreneurship policy and through a comparative analysis of data, stressed the importance of employment data collection and the use of statistical methods. The Employment & Entrepreneurship Department has planned a variety of activities such as an 'Employment Supermarket', 'Entrepreneurship Market', and Employment and Recruitment Cloud Service Live Broadcasting. According to the data from the various residential colleges at Sias, the Employment & Entrepreneurship Department also put forward suggestions for the development of academic schools and residential colleges, and the improvement of the quality of education.
