The Research Report Meeting on the Reform of the Systems in Colleges and Universities in the province of Henan was held at Sias University on December 23. The Director of the Research and Guidance Center for the Reform of College Education Methods in Colleges and Universities in Henan, Xu Shengdao, presided over the meeting.

At the meeting, senior representatives of Zhengzhou University, Henan University, the Henan University of Science & Technology, the Zhengzhou University of Aeronautics, the Sanquan College of Xinxiang Medical University, and Sias University focused on (respectively) organizational structures, management methods, instructor teams, educational systems, cooperation between colleges and universities, and the cultural atmosphere and guaranteeing factors. The report focused on pilot construction, existing problems, opinions, and suggestions, from the investigated institutions and discussed the outline of the research and analysis report on the reform of college education methods for colleges and universities in Henan. The Research and Guidance Center for the Reform of College Education Methods in Colleges and Universities in Henan drafted the report.

After the meeting, the Founder and Chairman of the Board of Sias University, Dr. Shawn Chen, met with the leaders of the various research groups and put forward suggestions concerning the concepts, methods, and pilot program promotion of the education methods in colleges and universities.
