The Office of the Leading Group for the Reform of Professional Titles in Zhengzhou issued a circular [2022; No.2] praising the advanced units and individuals in the city's professional title work. According to the circular, Sias University's Human Resources Department won the title of Advanced Unit of Professional Title Work in Zhengzhou for 2021. It is the only winner from a private university.

In 2021, Sias leaders emphasized the importance of professional title evaluation. The university implemented the directives from the Henan provincial government and the Zhengzhou city government. They implemented the evaluation and recommendation method and standardized the evaluation process concerning openness, assessment, evaluation, fairness, impartiality, and supervision. After grass-roots level recommendations, reviews by the concerned departments, and online reviews, Sias held an internal recommendation and evaluation meeting in late December 2021 for the completion of Professional Title Reviews in 2021.

Sias University hopes to use this commendation to continue on the path to reform and innovation while optimizing its management services, nurturing technically-trained personnel, and evaluating professional titles at the university.
