The Director of the Office of the Foreign Affairs Working Committee of the Communist Party of China's Henan Provincial Committee, Liang Jie, visited Sias University on April 24. The Founder, and Chairman of the Board of Sias, Dr. Shawn Chen, and Vice President, and Chairman of the Trade Union, Wu Hua, had a meeting with Liang Jie. The heads of the Administration Office and the Office of International Affairs also attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Dr. Chen thanked the Office of the Foreign Affairs Working Committee of the Communist Party of China's Henan Provincial Committee for its long-term guidance and help to Sias. He presented a detailed introduction to Sias' educational philosophy, development history, and achievements over the past 20 years. He also spoke about the preparations for Sias' Digital Technology Industry College. The Director of Sias' Office of International Affairs, Yue Junliang, presented a brief report on the international education and teaching at Sias, as well as the 20th anniversary celebrations of Sino-foreign cooperation with Fort Hays State University from the U.S.A.

Liang Jie spoke of his appreciation of Sias' role in Sino-foreign cooperation in education in Henan as well as the university's educational philosophy and educational model. He also gave his opinion on how Sias could expand its channels of international exchanges and cooperation to promote foreign exchanges and cooperation in various fields.

Liang Jie and his accompanying delegation were also taken on a tour of the Sias campus that included the university's European Street, Student Activity Center, CUBA Training Facility, Chinese Garden, School of Foreign Languages building, Library, as well as some teaching facilities and student dormitories. The delegation was also given an introduction to Sias' intelligent campus, the integration of industry and education at the university, and international education in practice, which are significant factors in Sias' unique campus culture.
