Sias University's Academic Affairs & Scientific Research Office and the Chao Xing [Superstar] Company jointly organized a special training meeting for online examinations via Tencent Cloud Conference on May 21. The training was organized to familiarize the faculty with the operations and processes of online examinations, teach them how to undertake online teaching and course assessment, and ensure the quality of the examinations. Nearly 400 teachers from the various academic schools at Sias participated in the training.

The head of the Academic Affairs & Scientific Research Office stressed the requirements of this training, and that all academic schools should maintain the standards of online examinations. The representative of the Chao Xing Company, Wang Weiwei, introduced the functions and operational processes of the online examination system. These included the content of pre-examination preparations, test paper formation, test paper release, anti-cheating measures, invigilation, test paper evaluation and analysis, test paper export, and archiving.

The participating teachers conducted an online discussion and put forward questions on how to form papers, mark papers, prevent students from cheating, invigilate exams, and solutions in case of an emergency. All questions were addressed in detail by Wang Weiwei.
