On May 26, Sias University held the acceptance and review meeting for its Intelligent Campus Platform Project in the Conference Room of the Library. Four off-campus experts were invited to participate in the meeting, at which Acting President, Zhao Yuxin, was present. The heads of the Administration Office, Academic Affairs & Scientific Research Office, Supervision & Audit Department, Academic Affairs Office, Human Resources Department, Financial Assets Department, Procurement & Contract Management Center, School of Foreign Languages, Kansas International School, and Information Construction & Management (IT) Department, were also present.

At the meeting, a consultant to the Information Construction & Management Department, Li Xia, presented a report on the preliminary acceptance of the project from various aspects including content, systems operations, results, and preliminary acceptance of the intelligent campus platform project. There were also reports presented by the representatives of the Human Resources Department, the Academic Affairs Office, the School of Foreign Languages, and the Kansas International School.

The expert group certified the speed and achievements of the intelligent campus platform and commended Sias on its data governance concept. They also put forward suggestions to improve the connection between the follow-up system and the platform.

The Deputy General Manager of Jinghua Education Technology, Tian Wei, said that the intelligent campus project platform at Sias had a rapid construction speed, deep application, wide service range, and complete data application. He said that Jinghua Education Technology would continue to provide accurate and effective technical services to aid the development of the intelligent campus at Sias.

In his concluding remarks, Zhao Yuxin thanked the expert group for its guidance and Jinghua Education Technology for its contributions to the creation of the intelligent campus platform. He said that the leaders of the university had always prioritized information technology, and in recent years, the university had continuously increased its investment and introduced high-end talent for the rapid creation and development of the intelligent campus. He said that the next step would involve intelligent teaching demonstration schools, and an intelligent teaching three-year action plan to accelerate the reform of education and teaching at the university.
