On the morning of December 20, Guo Lichao, Director of the Port Business Service Bureau of Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimental Zone, accompanied by her esteemed delegation, paid a visit to Sias University. The highlight of their visit was the solemn signing ceremony for a strategic cooperation agreement between the two sides. The ceremony was graced by the presence of Ji Dakai, High Commissioner of Port Economy Section; Gan Yongping, Chief of Port Development Section; Li Ping, the Deputy Chief of Comprehension Section; Cui Lijuan and Zhang Shuxin, Deputy Chief and Clerk of Port Development Section respectively; and Ran Chao, Clerk of Port Operation Section. Ma Jiansheng, Secretary of CPC Sias Committee; Zhao Yuxin, Vice President and Secretary of the CPC Sias Commission for Discipline Inspection; and Yuan Guanglin, Vice President and Chairman of the Board of Supervisors, attended the ceremony. Representatives from the CPC Committee and Presidential Office, Academic Affairs Office, School of Business, School of Foreign Languages and other relevant departments accompanied the activity.

The signing ceremony, held in the conference room on the seventh floor of the Administration Building, was honorably presided over by Zhao Yuxin. Ma Jiansheng, with warmth and enthusiasm, welcomed the arrival of Director Guo Lichao and her esteemed entourage, conveying her sincere expectations for the promising future cooperation between the two parties. Guo Lichao, in her speech, elaborated with depth and insight on the significant implications and the vast, promising prospects of the strategic cooperation that was being forged between them.

During the discussion session, the participants actively exchanged ideas and discussed the direction of future cooperation and specific issues. After full communication and negotiation, the two sides signed a strategic cooperation agreement, marking that the two sides will carry out comprehensive cooperation in related fields.

Before the ceremony, Guo Lichao and her entourage visited the Student Activity Center, Qixian Residential College, Sias Library, Information Technology Construction and Management Office, and Laboratory Center, and appreciated Sias's advanced philosophy of education, comprehensive measures for talent cultivation, international atmosphere, beautiful campus environment, as well as impeccable hardware and software facilities.
