On March 25, Sias University held the 2026 Graduate Comprehensive Campus Job Fair, themed “Henan Recommends the Future, Youth Sets Sail,” at Moscow Square on campus. Dr. Shawn Chen, Founder and Chairman of the Board, along with other university leaders, attended to guide the event. Leaders from academic schools and residential colleges, senior-year mentors, and all members of the Class of 2026 participated. Students from lower grades were also present to observe, gain insights into the job market, and build early career awareness.

The job fair was carefully organized with a strong focus on precision services. In addition to the main recruitment area for employers, the event featured innovative activities such as stamp-collection games and interactive sessions, creating a relaxed and engaging job-seeking environment. A one-stop service zone was also set up, offering resume consultation, AI-powered job search tools, military recruitment information, and overseas study guidance. These services helped graduates better match with positions and improve the efficiency of their job applications.

The university places great importance on graduate employment. During the event, university leaders visited employer booths, gaining detailed insights into recruitment needs and labor market trends. They also engaged directly with students, encouraging them to seize opportunities, present their strengths, and approach their career journeys with confidence and initiative.

The job fair brought together high-quality resources, attracting 246 employers and offering over 10,000 job opportunities across multiple sectors. According to statistics, a total of 2,227 resumes were submitted on-site, with nearly 1,000 preliminary employment intentions reached.
