To further enhance the connection between higher education and secondary education, and to expand high-quality student recruitment channels, Sias University conducted a recruitment outreach visit to Anyang from March 26 to 27. The delegation visited four high schools—Anyang Experimental High School, Anyang No. 2 High School, Neihuang County No. 1 High School, and Tangyin County Senior High School—and held plaque-unveiling ceremonies to establish “Quality Student Source Bases” with each institution.

During the exchange sessions, university representatives introduced Sias University’s overall profile and distinctive features, highlighting its student-centered philosophy and key strengths, including internationalized education, credit-based academic management, differentiated talent cultivation, industry–education integration, and the residential college system.

Zhu Hongqiang, Director of the Admissions and Employment Office, Guo Xuede, Dean of the School of Marxism, and Zhang Qian, Deputy Party Secretary of Mingli Residential College, provided detailed explanations on topics of concern to students and teachers. These included academic programs, major selection guidance, admission score ranges, residential college management, campus life, and scholarship and financial aid policies. They also engaged in interactive Q&A sessions with senior high school students, offering personalized guidance for college applications.

The four high schools expressed strong recognition and appreciation for Sias University’s educational理念, teaching conditions, and distinctive talent cultivation model. They noted that the university offers diverse development pathways for students. Participating students also shared that the visit gave them a more comprehensive understanding of Sias University and provided valuable reference for their college application decisions.

During the visit, Sias University signed agreements with each of the four high schools to jointly establish “Quality Student Source Bases,” reaching consensus on areas such as student development, inter-school collaboration, and resource sharing.

This outreach initiative not only strengthened communication and cooperation between the university and key local high schools, but also effectively promoted the university’s特色 and admissions policies. Looking ahead, Sias University will continue to expand partnerships with outstanding high schools, improve collaborative talent cultivation mechanisms, and attract more high-quality students to support its long-term development.
