To ensure campus safety and stability during the holiday period, on the morning of February 10, Party Secretary Niu Xiaoyu led a team to carry out a special safety inspection. The team conducted on-site checks of key areas across the campus to identify potential risks. Wu Hua, Deputy Party Secretary and Executive Vice President, joined the inspection along with heads of the Party and Government Office, Academic Affairs Office, Security Department, and Logistics Service Center.

The inspection team visited the duty office, construction sites, logistics service center, international student dormitories, and other teaching and living areas. They carefully reviewed duty arrangements and staffing at each location and held detailed discussions with on-duty personnel about the implementation of safety measures.

During the inspection, Niu Xiaoyu focused on understanding the overall duty system, safety management of ongoing construction projects, and the living conditions and safety protections for students remaining on campus. Emphasizing that the safety of faculty and students is the top priority, Niu called on all relevant departments to strictly follow the requirements of the provincial education system’s safety work conference. She urged them to strengthen accountability, enhance routine holiday inspections and risk screening, improve emergency response plans, and take concrete actions to firmly safeguard campus safety during the holiday period.
