At the beginning of the new semester, to gain a clear understanding of the progress of various preparatory tasks and to extend New Year greetings and best wishes for the start of the term, on the morning of February 24, university leaders visited departments, schools, and residential colleges in groups. They conducted on-site visits and extended their regards to faculty and staff returning to work. Officials from the Party and Government Office, Academic Affairs Office, Student Affairs Office, and other relevant departments accompanied the visits.

During the visits, university leaders engaged in warm and friendly conversations with faculty and staff returning to their posts, showing genuine concern for their work and living conditions. They fully affirmed the hard work and dedication of all staff over the past year in supporting the university’s development, and carefully inquired about each unit’s plans for the new semester, including teaching arrangements and overall work priorities.

The leaders emphasized that all departments should coordinate and allocate teaching resources in a scientific manner, and ensure that all support measures are implemented thoroughly and effectively. Every effort should be made to guarantee a stable and orderly start to the new semester, with reliable logistics and services in place, laying a solid foundation for the university’s high-quality development.

Touched by the university leaders’ thoughtful care and encouragement, faculty and staff felt greatly inspired and energized. Many expressed that they would turn this support into motivation, remain dedicated to their posts, fulfill their responsibilities with diligence, and work with a strong sense of purpose. In the new semester, they will devote themselves with renewed enthusiasm to teaching, academic work, and all aspects of university development, contributing their efforts to the institution’s high-quality growth.
