In order to further implement graduate employment initiatives, deepen university-enterprise collaborative education, and fully showcase the teaching achievements of the Preschool Education program, the School of Education, together with the Admissions and Employment Office and Boyi Residential College, held the 2026 Preschool Education Teaching Showcase and Two-Way Recruitment Fair on May 13.

According to statistics, more than 70 high-quality employers from both inside and outside the province participated in the event, including 15 university-enterprise cooperative education bases from cities such as Beijing and Zhengzhou. The recruitment positions covered multiple fields including preschool education, cultural creativity, and educational services.

The event integrated cooperative education base plaque presentations, teaching achievement showcases, student work exhibitions, company recruitment, and on-site interviews, fully demonstrating students’ professional abilities while creating a direct pathway from campus to career opportunities.

Vice President Zhao Yuxin delivered a speech welcoming and thanking the participating companies, while introducing the university’s educational philosophy, the development of the School of Education, and the talent cultivation model of the Preschool Education program.

He emphasized that universities should remain employment-oriented, deepen industry-education integration and university-enterprise cooperation, and accurately align talent cultivation with industry needs. He also encouraged graduating students to identify their career goals, strengthen their professional abilities, and stay committed to their original passion for education as they grow steadily in their future careers.

The event featured many highlights and achieved fruitful results. The plaque presentation ceremony for university-enterprise cooperation bases further strengthened the foundation for collaborative education, providing solid support for students’ training, internships, and employment opportunities.

The teaching showcase performances demonstrated students’ strong professional skills and comprehensive qualities, while exhibitions of student handicrafts, paintings, teaching designs, and other works vividly reflected their artistic literacy and practical abilities, earning high praise from company representatives.

The recruitment fair was well organized and lively. Graduating students actively submitted resumes and communicated with employers, while many companies conducted presentations and on-site interviews simultaneously. Several students successfully reached employment agreements and received job offers on site, achieving an efficient one-stop connection between job seeking, interviewing, and employment.

This two-way recruitment fair served not only as a comprehensive demonstration of the School of Education’s talent cultivation achievements, but also as an important practice in promoting employment-oriented education and deepening university-enterprise cooperation.

Moving forward, the School of Education will continue to optimize its talent cultivation model, integrate high-quality university-enterprise resources, and regularly organize employment support and recruitment activities to ensure high-quality employment opportunities for graduates and contribute more highly skilled applied talents to the development of regional education.
